PACKAGES PAYMENT UPDATE:
Please be advised that we accept only full payments for packages. Partial payments for packages will not be accepted. Accounts will be activated only upon receipt of the complete amount.
TO WITHDRAW CASH FROM ACCOUNT:
When you withdraw cash from your OneCoin Account, please make sure to first fill in all information requested in the form provided in Profile in your backoffice.
There are four additional (new) fields that need to be completed in order for us to confirm withdrawals:
Check the information in Profile and if there is a blank field, make sure to fill it in. Please, update the form with all information requested as soon as possible.

- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Country of Birth
- Passport ID – enter the digits of your passport ID
